View transaction details from the mobile app
- In the Spend & Expense Navigation Bar, tap Transactions
- If the Transactions icon is not in your Navigation Bar, tap More, then tap Transactions
- Tap the transaction you want to view
- The Transaction Details page displays relevant information about the transaction, including transaction status, merchant, transaction amount, and date
- To upload a receipt to the transaction, tap Add receipt button
- If a receipt has already been added, you can add additional receipts by tapping Add another
- If the receipt was automatically validated for the transaction, admins can view a Receipt matched label
- Note: Members cannot view the Receipt matched label
- To view a list of transaction approvers, tap the Approvers section
- The list displays all approvers of the transaction and whether or not they have completed their approval
- Depending on the budget associated with the transaction, there may be required fields and optional fields in the Details section
- To complete the field, tap the field name and select the desired option
- Required fields display in red text
- To view the location of the transaction, tap Merchant location
- The Merchant location sidebar displays a map and address with either the exact or general area where the transaction was made
- If you cannot see the Merchant Location link, location data is not available for the transaction
- To view additional options for a transaction, tap the Options icon (the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
- If you are an admin, you can lock custom fields and mark the transaction as reviewed
- If you are the spender who made the transaction, you can split the transaction, dispute the transaction, and manage transaction defaults
View transaction details from a web browser
- In the Spend & Expense Navigation Menu, select Transactions
- To filter the page to display only pending and cleared transactions, select Pending and cleared
- To filter the page to display only declined transactions, select Declined
- Select the transaction you want to view
- To search for a transaction, enter the card holder or merchant name in the Search field
- If a receipt has been attached to the transaction, the receipt image displays on the page
- To remove the receipt from the transactions, select the Delete icon
- To download the receipt image, select the Download icon
- To rotate the image, select the Rotate icon
- To magnify the receipt image, select the Expand icon or hover your cursor over the receipt image
- To add additional receipts, select Add receipts
- The Transaction panel the amount and authorization details at the top of the panel and two tabs with information about the transaction: Transaction details and Activity
- From the Transaction details tab, you can complete the following:
- View the merchant name and location (if available)
- To view additional information about the location, select the Location button
- The Merchant location sidebar displays a map and address with either the exact or general area where the transaction was made
- If you cannot see the Merchant Location link, location data is not available for the transaction
- View the card type and last four digits of the card number
- To view card details, select the Card button
- View the Required info section, which includes fields that are required to be completed
- Note: The Required info field also displays the transaction status
- View optional fields that can also be completed
- Split the transaction or edit current split settings by selecting the Split button
- View the merchant name and location (if available)
- From the Activity tab, you can complete the following:
- View the approval flow and details for the transaction
- View the transaction history, incuding:
- Change in tag values
- Reminder history
- Tasks completed by rules
- Tasks competed by AI
- Transaction swipe authorization
- To view the options available for a transaction, select the More button.
- If you are an admin, you can lock custom fields, mark the transaction as reviewed, sync the transaction to your accounting integration, or mark the transaction as synced
- If you are a spender who made the transaction, you can dispute the transaction, and manage transaction defaults
